1. Subject matter and scope of application
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the website of Sa Teulera Magatzem de Construcció S.L. (CIF B57966574), official GAMMA distributor.
2. Prices
All prices are shown inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Once logged in, customers with a validated trade account (registered with CIF) can access their trade prices applied across the catalogue.
3. Delivery methods
- Collection in Vilafranca: free of charge. We will confirm by email or telephone when the order is ready.
- Delivery throughout Mallorca: with our own lorry, within 24/48 working hours from order confirmation.
- Unloading on site: we coordinate the delivery date and time directly at the construction site.
4. Products sold by the box or pallet
Ceramic and flooring materials are supplied in full boxes; the product calculator rounds up the required quantity based on the surface area to be covered and the wastage percentage from cuts.
